UNGC原则1 & 2
Staff 而且 Partners involved in FCDO funded business must adhere to the UNGC原则1 & 其中2项是:

Organisations should do this by giving attention to vulnerable groups including women, 孩子们, 残疾人士, 土著群体, migrant workers 而且 older people. Organisations should comply with all laws, honouring international st而且ards 而且 giving particular consideration to high-risk areas with weak 政府ernance.
Examples of how suppliers 而且 partners should do this are set out below:

- by ensuring non-discrimination in personnel practices
- by ensuring that they do not use directly or indirectly forced labour or child labour

- by having an affirmative action programme to hire victims of domestic violence
- by making reasonable accommodations for all 员工' religious observance 而且 practices

- by preventing the forcible displacement of individuals, groups or communities
- by working to protect the economic livelihood of local communities

- through differential pricing or small product packages create new markets that also enable the poor to gain access to goods 而且 服务 that they otherwise could not afford
